Terms and Conditions
Price Inclusion:
The quoted price includes toll charges, fuel, professional driver services, guide exemption *(where applicable) and on-board passenger insurance.
Scope of Quotation:
Prices are quoted strictly based on the stated date, itinerary, and agreed usage. Any additional services, variations, or extended usage will be charged separately.
Insurance Coverage:
The vehicle and passengers are covered under basic insurance. Any additional insurance requirements shall be the sole responsibility of the Client.
Safety Features:
All our buses and vans are equipped with standard safety features, including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, seat belts, emergency exits, real-time GPS tracking, and onboard surveillance camera systems.
Payment Terms:
A **50% deposit* is required to confirm the booking. The *full balance payment must be settled at least two (2) days prior to the trip departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tour Guide Requirement & Exemption:
In accordance with Malaysian tourism regulations, vehicles transporting more than seven (7) passengers are required to be accompanied by a licensed tourist guide. However, for point-to-point transfers involving only Malaysian citizens, an exemption may be applied through the appropriate authorities.
– Failure to comply with these regulations without obtaining the required exemption may result in enforcement action, including compounds of up to RM10,000 and possible legal proceedings. While we respect the Client’s preference regarding tour guide engagement, *full responsibility shall rest with the Client/Passengers in the event of non-compliance.
Regulatory Compliance (MOTAC & APAD):
As stipulated by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) and the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD), licensed tour buses are generally required to engage a licensed tourist guide. Exemptions for domestic tourist transport may be granted subject to approval by the relevant authorities. A processing fee of RM150.00 per exemption application will apply.
– Tour guide exemptions may be considered for, but are not limited to:
- Point to point transfers without tourist attractions.
- Conferences, exhibitions, and corporate transfers.
- Religious ceremonies.
- Weddings.
- Sporting events.
- Other reasonable purposes as determined by the authorities.
Midnight Surcharge (Airport Transfers Only):
After 2200 hrs and before 0800 hrs:
– Bus / Van: RM150
– Sedan / MPV: RM100
Airport Waiting Time (Airport Transfers Only):
The first one (1) hour of waiting time is complimentary from the official flight arrival time. Subsequent waiting time will be charged at **RM50 per hour, including delays caused by luggage issues or unreported flight changes.
Price Adjustment Clause:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel price fluctuations, currency movements, or other unforeseen economic factors.
Hygiene & Safety:
All vehicles are disinfected before and after each trip to ensure passenger safety and hygiene.
Limitation of Liability:
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage to property, delays, irregularities, or incidents arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
– 30 days before departure: No charge
– 14–29 days before: 30% of total cost
– 7–13 days before: 50% of total cost
– 4–6 days before: 100% of total cost
– Less than 4 days before: 100% of total booking cost
Damage Clause:
Any damage to the vehicle caused by the Client or passengers during the rental period shall be charged accordingly.
Force Majeure:
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), neither party shall be held liable, and both parties shall work towards a fair and reasonable resolution.
Passenger Conduct:
The Client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and disorderly behaviour are strictly prohibited on board.
Taxation:
In compliance with Malaysian Government regulations, all rates quoted exclude **Sales and Service Tax (SST) at 6%, unless otherwise stated.
